Privacy policy

3. Your personal data is processed for the purpose of evaluating and providing you with legal services by the Administrator, including providing services by electronic means.
4. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is Art. 6 1 b) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (referred to as: „General Data Protection Regulation” or „GDPR”) - processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract,  art. 6 sec. 1 c) of GDPR - processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject;, resulting from EU law or Polish law,  as well as art. 6 sec. 1 f) of the GDPR - processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party, i.e. the provision of legal services, and representation in contacts with lawyers, courts, companies, public authorities, institutions and other Polish or foreign entities in the European Union.

The recipients of your personal data may be, to the extent necessary to provide the services: entities providing IT, legal, accounting or postal services to the Administrator, courts, public administration bodies, including government and local authorities, public institutions, insurance companies, social insurance companies, banks, real estate agencies - in Poland and in the European Union.
6.Personal data will be stored in a form that allows identification of the data subject for a period not longer than it is necessary for the purposes for which the data is processed, namely until the termination of the contract concluded with the Client, until the end of the legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator, and in the case of the need to establish, investigate or defend against claims - until the claims are time-barred.
7. You are entitled to access your personal data at any time and you are entitled to rectify it, delete it or limit the processing of it. You have also the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to transfer your data. You can exercise these rights at the headquarters of the Administrator, as well as by phone: +48 797 575 366 or by e-mail: tomasz.wit.szelag@gmail.com. The objection will result in the cessation of the processing of your personal data for the purpose of providing legal services.
8. If you believe that the processing of your personal data by the Data Administrator violates the law, you are entitled to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland  (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych). The complaint is free of charge.
9. With regard to the processing of personal data for the purpose referred to in point 3, the obligation to provide data is a contractual requirement - it is necessary to conclude a contract with the Administrator.
10. Your personal data is not subject to automatic processing, including profiling, and is not transferred to third countries or international organizations.
