Labor law covers all regulations concerning the rights and obligations of employees and employers related to the employment relationship. The main source of labor law provisions in Poland is the Act of June 26, 1974 - the Labor Code, which, inter alia, defines the concept of an employee and employer as well as an employment relationship, indicates the basic principles of labor law, describes the principles of establishing and terminating an employment relationship, rules for concluding corporate or multi-enterprise collective agreements, and also indicates the principles of pursuing claims by employees.
